Liliana Lousinha Alves, 15 years of experience bridging the business world and higher education. She has participated in several projects funded by European funds. Among others, the project of Acceleration of Technology Transfer and Internationalization in the Galicia–North Portugal Euroregion, as well as the creation of a Postgraduate Program in Management, Sustainability, and Quality for Small and Medium Enterprises in Central America, validated and implemented in Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, and Honduras. Mentoring in project-based learning courses and supervising internships. Corporate training in marketing and strategic management, as well as talent management using innovative methodologies. MSc in Marketing and Strategic Management, PhD in Economics and Business, and a postdoctoral specialization in Innovation Transfer in the Blue Biotechnology Economy. Published in several scientific journals. Member of scientific committees for various conferences and reviewer for RAUSP Management Journal and Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, both indexed in the Web of Science.
