New IPAM Students Welcomed During Welcome Days

The start of a new academic year was marked by ​IPAM’s Welcome Days, which welcomed new students at the ​IPAM Porto campus ​on September 8 and at the IPAM Lisbon campus ​on September 9.

More than just a first introduction to the institution, these events were designed to welcome new students and give them their first taste of what it’s like to be part of the IPAM community. Over the course of the two days, students had the opportunity to get to know their new home better, connect with classmates and professors, and discover the spaces and resources that will be part of their daily academic life.

The Welcome Days thus marked the start of a new phase, in an atmosphere characterized by camaraderie, sharing, and enthusiasm. Amid new people, new challenges, and new opportunities, the students took their first steps in an academic experience designed to prepare them to meet the challenges of a constantly evolving market.

With the start of classes, a journey begins—one filled with learning, creativity, collaboration, and experiences that extend far beyond the classroom—and that are all part of the experience of studying at IPAM.
