Was part of the Sales and Marketing Leadership Team of Region Europe Southeast (RES), from the biggest gas company in the world, and has worked on the set up in Porto of the heart of the Customer Service Center. Is Passionate about driving continuous improvement initiatives that are focused on increasing quality and profitability of the business by improving organizations processes and procedures.

Currently working at Kantar, the world’s leading marketing data and analytics business, driving a global team that is focused on the finance transformation delivery.

Across all this experience has built and managed several multicultural teams.
