The 2nd edition of the Marketing & Business Perspectives Summit, organised by Instituto Português de Administração de Marketing de Lisboa (IPAM Lisboa) in partnership with Universidade Europeia, IADE and IPAM Porto, will take place on March 4 at Quinta do Bom Nome Campus (Lisbon) and on March 7 at IPAM Porto.

This meeting brings together academics and professionals to discuss the marketing, management and consumer behaviour challenges faced by individuals and organisations. In 2024, the theme is "Fostering AI as a Tool for Wellbeing", in a face-to-face environment. The event aims to explore and deepen understanding of how artificial intelligence can be synergistically integrated into various domains, including marketing, management, psychology, tourism and hospitality, and law, to improve wellbeing.

This multidisciplinary event brings together academics from various fields to analyse the ethical, practical and transformative impacts of AI in these domains and will have a special issue associated with the conference in the International Journal of Marketing, Communication and New Media (WebOfScience indexation and Journal Citation Reports).

The conference will feature keynote speeches, paper presentations in panels and interactive debates. It will also provide opportunities for networking and collaborative research initiatives.

The aim is to foster a holistic understanding of AI's potential to promote well-being in various domains of society, encouraging a dialogue that is both academically rigorous and practically relevant.

Conference participants are encouraged to explore a broad spectrum of topics centred on improving well-being through technology, including overcoming the limitations of AI.
